What is Medical Thermography?
Medical thermography, also known as thermal imaging, uses infrared imaging to detect heat patterns and blood flow in body tissues.
These images can reveal inflammation, variations in blood flow, and other abnormalities. By capturing these heat patterns, medical thermography can aid in the early detection of various conditions and offer insights into the body's physiological responses.
Thermography is a painless, non-invasive test with zero exposure to radiation used to detect changes in the breast and body.
Thermography is entirely safe. It's a non-invasive procedure that doesn't emit radiation, making it different from X-rays and mammograms. Thermography captures the body's heat patterns without compression or any physical contact. While traditional mammograms are effective for identifying structural anomalies like tumors, thermography focuses on physiological changes, such as increased blood flow and inflammation, which can indicate potential issues. It's important to note, however, that thermography is a
adjunctive screening and should not replace other recommended diagnostic screening from your Physician.

Full Body Thermography Scan
Full Body Thermography is a whole body analysis for assessing skin surface temperatures that can be correlated by a physician to assess for abnormal physiology. Uses for thermography are similar to that of an oral thermometer, a stethoscope, or any other medical test that assesses patient function. Our FULL BODY scans INCLUDE detailed scans of the breast. We encourage our patients to consider this option, especially on your initial scans when creating a baseline. You will have approximately 35 images.
